Those damn brothers-in-law

Sabeer Bhatia, the much-promoted over hyped founder of Hotmail when asked about Arzoo, his failed second start-up, he told Australian Broadcasting Corp, “I fell into a trap, I rushed to market… I hired the wrong people. If you hire B-grade people, they [in turn] will hire C-grade and D-grade people.” Well, if I remember correctly, his brother in law, Rajiv Grover, a fine professor at University of Georgia before he became an entrepreneur was running the company. Now if you are hiring B-grade people, what grade are you? Or how about admitting that you got lucky once, and lightening doesn’t strike twice.
