My dear friend and former Financial Times reporter and columnist Tom Foremski has joined the ranks of bloggers. His new blog Silicon Valley Watcher takes up from where his offline column, Silicon Valley Watch left off. As part of the overall plan, he will have two mini-blogs, Silicon Valley Media Watch, and, Silicon Valley PR Watch. Lish Woodgate is going to write a column/blog for me (LishDish.com) as part of the PR watch. Reporting on that sector should be fun, and, no shortage of gossip. Anyway, think of it as Gawker meets Cindy Adams meets FT in Silicon Valley. His debut is with another old buddy of mine, Mike Magee at the Inquirer, and how he alone runs circles around Register, a company he started and built before the suits got involved.
